After each layer of material is taken by the reclaiming arm, it descends the corresponding height (that is, the corresponding material depth) according to the predetermined command, and at the corresponding reclaiming speed, the material is taken out layer by layer until all the materials in the silo are removed. This reclaiming process homogenizes the materials stacked in a certain way by the stacker again. When reclaiming the material, the operator shall shun the reclaimer to the designated silo according to the instructions of the central control room (note: this machine cannot work in the same silo with the stacker). Use the travel limit device to correctly identify the bin number where the machine is located. When the reclaimer is transferred into the silo to be reclaimed according to the instruction, the walking limit positions of the left and right ends of the silo are defined, and the reclaimer will reciprocate the reclaiming operation according to the program within the limit position. The encoder installed on the electric hoist can correctly control the descending angle of the scraper arm to ensure the constant reclaiming capacity of the reclaimer. Under the condition of ensuring a constant reclaiming capacity and a certain reclaiming speed, in order to fill the scraper with the designed maximum capacity of material, the angle of the cantilever and scraper reclaiming system is gradually reduced, so as to realize the silo's lowering angle. The material is scraped layer by layer. The reclaiming operation speed of the reclaimer adopts the frequency conversion speed regulation of the drive motor, and the reclaiming amount of the reclaimer is adjusted by adjusting the reclaiming operation speed. Under special circumstances, the reclaimer can reclaim material from unfilled stockpiles under manual operation.
